The adversarial system or adversary system is a legal system used in the common law countries where two advocates represent their parties' case or position before an impartial person or group of people, usually a jury or judge, who attempt to determine the truth and pass judgment accordingly. It is in contrast to the inquisitorial system used in some civil law systems It is in contrast to the inquisitorial system used in some civil law systems where a judge investigates the case. It should be adopted in Pakistan Justice System.
If we want to serve/follow Islam, we have not to give priority to Nationalism. We have to follow the Basic Principles of Islamic Political Justice. We have to empower the Socio Economic Justice System.
The whole system of life based on Social Justice. The biggest need and necessity of the Society is a Just Social Order, which should be balance from every respect. Justice at the political level no reparation, no rule of man by a man, where all men are equal, no exploitation, equitable distribution of wealth and national resources, no social discrimination. On the bases of color of skin. on the bases of blood and race, nobody is high and nobody is low. A system based on social justice in every respect politico, socio, economic system has already been provided by Islam.
We all wish to see the Rule of Law. We have to implement Islamic Justice System which emphasis on Equality and Protection of all Citizens whether Rich or Poor, Powerful or Week, Local Native or Foreigners, Muslim or Non-Muslim, Majority or Minorities etc. We shall have made progress equitable for all classes of our society.
Justice shall be Quick, Free & Fair for all. Punishments shall be according to Islamic Laws and criminals shall be punished publicly. State shall provide Justice to all Poor, Senior Citizens, Special Persons (disables), Widows and Street Children on Top Priority, Timely and Free of Cost by State.
Our Justice System shall eliminate the corruption from our society and strengthen the Rule of Law in every Government Body/ Department. We need transparency and across the board accountability.
Our Quaid-e-Azam said the three things you must beware of nepotism, jobbery and corruption. We have to fully refrain from all the Three Evils.
How to Get Rid of Financial Crises In Pakistan? To take the total financial control first of all we have to declare Financial Emergency in the Country. It is projected that our current judiciary system may soon collapses the Pakistan since it has no guts to hold a fair accountability process. Incompetence Ministers and divide in different political wings in the Government Party may also result in failure to achieve our financial targets.
We know that as a nation we and our system are corrupt we have to bypass it by Financial Emergency to get of Financial Crises. The Government has to use power since a weak and impotent leadership is not useful. All the Corrupt Politicians have been very cruelly committing corruption; they have been bending the rules/laws to achieve their illegitimate goals. Now we have to play a role of a Gangster to catch their corruption and recover from them the looted wealth, don’t be so docile, be Aggressive Patriotic Gangster. We have to take some covertly actions against them. These actions shall not be exposed to media or public.
We are in need of a strong Nationalist leader like Tayyab Erdogan of Turkey, who clean swept the Rebel Army High Command, Journalist and Media Houses involved in rebellious acts. We have the support of law, Army courts and Covert Operation capabilities… We may also impose an Emergency, Presidential Rule or Ordinances to combat the Corruption Mafia.
While taking an operation against Corruption Mafia, the Government has to take care of the Budget Class by the following steps:
Waive off the income tax and give them some relief; it will help the middle class to sustain the Inflation.
Control the food and agricultural items prices. Let the poor & middle class and farmers have some relief and food security too.
Keep control and lower the Fuel prices
Lower the Utilities Bills and Taxes on bills
To preempt rallies against Government action, put in the jail custody all the corrupt leaders, control their Social Media Cells and put them in jail on any negative propaganda.
IMF never bring Prosperity in any country, in the Era of General Musharaf we have already quilted the IMF Program. According to John Bharkens’ Confessions of an Economic Hit Man or Economic Terrorist explained the process of IMF:

We have to be focused on recovery of the laundered money, we have to pay about US$ 100 Billion out of which may be maximum 10% has been spent on our country and 90% has been send to overseas by money laundering. Following actions may be taken ASAP. Army /Army Courts shall held under their custody all Corrupt Government Officials and Bureaucrats including their doormats (Derbaaries), Top 5000 Richest Persons in Pakistan and Dual Nationals and kept them in custody unless their Complete Audit of Income, Assets and Paid Taxes and Money Trails. If they found guilty, hanged them upside down until the recovery of funds/ assets, cut their fingers to open their mouth. Also Raid on their Homes and Offices with them to recover Hidden Wealth and Documents. All Jails shall be managed by Armed Forces. We have to renovate our Jails and Facilitate Women and Street Children involved in Small Crimes, give them some skills to earn their livings., we have to build their Character to have Positive Role in our Country. And Government shall end the A, B or C Class System in Jails, all prisoners must be treated equally. Beside the masterminds of a terrorist attack, Economic terrorist and economy hit-man shall be hanged till death publicly to eliminate all sort of terrorism in Pakistan. The National Reconciliation Ordinance NRO was a controversial ordinance issued by the former President of Pakistan, General Pervez Musharraf, on 5 October 2007. It granted amnesty to politicians, political workers and bureaucrats who were accused of corruption, embezzlement, money laundering, murder, and terrorism between 1 January 1986, and 12 October 1999, the time between two states of martial law in Pakistan. It was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court of Pakistan on 16 December 2009, throwing the country into a political crisis. The NRO shall be canceled and all cases shall be re-open for all its beneficiaries. Plea Bargain Law of NAB shall be canceled, It gives a way to escape for culprits to loot Pakistan and give back some of looted amount to get free. All cases shall be re-open which were closed with Plea Bargain Law. Get back 100% of looted amounts plus all profits made. At the moment NAB giving a Plea Bargain to any corrupts, their Passport shall be canceled and declared them stateless forever, otherwise they will come to loot Pakistan after 5-10 years. Our Justice System and State shall treat all National Ruthlessly, there shell be no more pleasing /appeasement policy. The Black Law of Production Order shall be through in the bin which saves the Parliamentarians from Jail in any case, even his membership of Parliament shall consider imminently cancel upon his/her jail sentenced.
NAB, FBR and FIA shall investigate for removing anomalies and revisit all Government Agreements like IPPs, LPG, Circler Debits, Foreign Investment, CPEC China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, Reko Diq Gold and Copper Mining Contract to foreign firm, Government Sector Privatizations, Government Loans from IMF, World Bank etc., Loans Waived off and other Contracts etc., and rectify all issues against the interest of Pakistan.
We have to work on The Stolen Asset Recovery Initiative (STAR) Program. STAR works with developing countries and financial centers to prevent the laundering of the proceeds of corruption and to facilitate more systematic and timely return of stolen assets. In order to Control the US Dollar Price in the open Market, its Illegal Trade and Stocks. All Money Exchanges shall be banned to run Foreign Exchange Business countrywide, The Foreign exchange Services shall be managed by State Bank of Pakistan by all Pakistani Banks. All foreign Exchange Transaction shall be done by Using Pakistani Passport/ CNIC. Tax Amnesty Scheme should be on Properties, Currencies, Prize Bonds, Diamonds and Gold. State Bank have to examine all the Bank Lockers for Recovery of Foreign Currencies, Prize Bonds, Diamonds and Gold.
Stop Repaying the Illegitimate Debts to IMF and World Bank etc. In international law, odious debt, also known as illegitimate debt, is a legal theory that says that the national debt incurred by a despotic regime should not be enforceable. Such debts are, thus, considered by this doctrine to be personal debts of the regime that incurred them and not debts of the state. Get help from committee for the abolition of illegitimate debt.
Today the world is under debits of more than 47 Trillion on interest,Ecuador, Argentina, Paraguay are all countries that have refused to repay debts to the World Bank, the IMF, the Paris Club and bankers with their dignity, why not Pakistan?
Islam strictly opposes the Interest. Why Pakistan is involved in Loans on Interest against the will of Allah and Holy Prophet PBUH, Even the communist countries did not take any loans on interest. Stop Interest/Usury... It is Fighting against Allah and His Messengerسورة البَقَرَة

Step to take before implementing Riasat-e-Madina
The state is talking about Riasat-e-Madina, but the state did not adopt the rules of Riasat-e-Madina yet. In the Riasat-e-Madina, the salary of a ruler was equivalent to a labor. We have to take the following step immediately:
If loan from IMF is compulsion and is in domestic interest, then take it with the following conditions. . .
Instead of raising new taxes on the public this time why not the current debt burden should be received from all four Provincial Assemblies along with all Members of the National Assembly and Senate, Provincial and Federal Ministers and all Parliamentarians, Army Officers, Judges and all the Bureaucrats. They have to withdraw the following privileges Except their Salaries.
A Holder of Public Office Authority shall not be allowed to have any Business or Private Job other than his official responsibility.
A Holder of Public Office shall not be chosen from Briefcase Administration and have any dual Nationality.
A Holder of Public Office Authority shall not be granted any relief against his/her Loans or Interest. All dues shall be recovered by selling his/her properties.
There shall be Strict Audit by Public Account Committee of all past projects of 20 Years exceeding the cost of 50 Million Rupees, All Government Official and Contractors Shall be Investigated for the wealth/ properties they possess.
No PM, President, CMs and Governors will be allowed to have declare their Personal Properties as Camp Offices except their official residence which will be simple and not luxurious, all expense spend on private properties declared as camp office shall be charged back from the persons who have misused the public funds.
All the Members of Parliament shall get the salary equal to or not more than an ordinary labor force of Pakistan.
They shall not be entitled for any Free Utilities, Education for kids, Government Transport, Government Servants/ Security Guards and Government Residence except a Hostel room. No Monthly Allowances such as House Rent, Diesel and Petrol, Electricity, Gas and Telephone bill, Refreshment, Vehicles and Protocols.
They shall not be entitled for any Pension since they always can be re-elected as member. They and their families shall be only entitled for a Government Hospital only for any sickness. All laws of Pakistan shall be imposed on all elected members as an ordinary citizen.There shall be age limit of Maximum 60 Years to be a MNA/ MPA or 65 Years to be a Party Leader.Minimum Graduation shall be required for MPA and Master Degree for an MNA and PHD for a Minister.They shall possess a clean criminal record, never involved in any case or Unpaid Utility bills or Bank Loans etc.No Oversees Medical Facilities for any Government official shall be allowed.
No Foreign Trips/Hajj/ Umrah and Plots for any Government official & Journalists shall be allowed.No free Electricity allowance shall br given to Government /WAPDA Staff and Management.Start bearing this all with their own budget, it will take a few months to see the Inflation & the Domestic Deficit decreases or increases and how long will the debt remain burden on the domestic economy...?
We are indeed of some amendments in our law such as:
Punjab is the largest populated province, which is hurdle in electing a president for a presidential system. We have to divide the large province to make all the equality in provinces .
Our Justice System shall be free of cost and provide rapid decisions. More Judges shall be appointed to work on 24 Hours a day on 3 shifts of 8 Hours each. Any case shall be resolved within 30 days of FIR. Lawyers shall be provided free of cost to general public by the government, their fee shall be charged by the loser party.
FIR shall made easy for public, there shall be an online FIR Registration System without any Bribe or Support from Politicians.
When a witness is asked for oath on Holy Quran before his/her statement, a judge shall also give oath on the Holy Quran before he/she announce for case judgment that he/she has decided about this case honestly and with impartial manner.
All judges must be under observation visually and by Digital Media while at job or at home to check whome thay are meeting and what conversation they have to have influence on any case.
No case shall ever expire, if it was closed with unjust, it shall be reopen for retrial at any time in future.
A Person who Falsely Witness (جھوٹی گواہی) in any case shall be Punished severely..
Filing False Cases/ False FIR (جھوٹا مقدمہ) shall be Strictly Prevented in our Society. Such Criminals shall be Punished According to Punishment of the Case Filed Falsely Against an Innocent Citizen. This will eliminate many false cases from courts and will save Many Accused Innocents and Court’s Precious Time.
In any Muslim Society, no one is above the law, every one must be answerable. Like a common man may ask the question to Caliph Hazarat Umer about his dress, why our Judges can not be ask? they are not above the law, and the contempt of law should not be apply to ask any judge of what he/she has possessed.
In our society there are many women are working in offices to support their families, The Justice System have to protect them, there shall be a hard punishment for harassing a woman on job. The office hiring a woman shall be responsible for her pic and drop from her home to office. The office shall not keep woman for late evening hours, since they also have to do household jobs at home.
Toll Free Numbers and e-Complaint Reporting System shall establish Under the Justice System, each complaint shall be given an ID and shall display action by Government against it on a website.
We have to control the price-hike and up bring the Salary Structure of Salaried Class like Singapore which result in elimination of corruption.
Crimes are being committed 24 hours a day then why not courts shall work around the clock?This will help to resolve too many pending cases as well.
Too Early Age Marriages shall be restricted specially for underage girls, there shall be training course for a bride and groom to learn Islamic and our cultural values as a married Peron and Health related issues of a Mother and a baby. There shall be a compulsory medical test of Bride and Groom before marriages to avoid any serious complications after marriage to next generation.
Marriages (Nikah) shall be maid simple and affordable that an ordinary family may afford it easily. There shall be strict law about prohibition of dowry, Big and Lavish Wedding Dinner (Waleema) Party, and all other acts involve in weddings such as Mehndi, Mayoon, Dodh Palai etc.
Government Shall Provide Interest Free Easy Loan for Newly Wed Couples. Mass Marriage Ceremonies Shall be Promoted. Big Dowry (جہیز) Shall be Discouraged. One Dish Wedding Lunch/ Dinner Invitation and Dawat-e-Walima Shall be Promoted.
There shall be Comity Schemes (Interest Free Monthly Savings Shared with Other Members) by our Banks for Hajj, Umrah, Qurbani, Wedding, Small Business, Car, Bike, Electronics, Travel, Household Expenses etc.
We also have to take a good care for our disables, street children and widows etc., Provide them with free Special Education Health Facilities, and promote them to earn their living by work not by begging or always seeking for help from others.
We have to Provide Special Facilities in all buildings for disables like wheel chair ramps, Lift, Toilets, Special Seats in Public Transport etc.
We have to facilitate all Senior Citizens of above age 60 with a top priority bases, provide them monthly allowance if they do not have any source of income, provide them Free Health, Free Transportation and Special Seats, Accommodation, recreations and other important living facilities.
No Government Official and Public Office Holders shall allow use more than one Vehicle not more than 1600 CC according to their post. The Government's Vehicles shall strictly be only for official use.
Our Justice System has to ensure Protection and Encouraging Circumstances for our Businessmen and Great Brains in order to Stop the Capital Flight and Brain Drain from Pakistan, usually for better pay or living conditions.
There are millions of Afghan and Bengali Refuges in Pakistan since their 3rdgeneration. The Government shall give them the Nationality of Pakistan for the sack of Muslim’s Brotherhood as the people of Madina gave shelter to the migrants of Makkah. We also have to give shelter to the Muslims of Rohingya.
We have to stop Afghan illegals immigrants to migrate in Baluchistan and KPK.
Increase the number of Judges and start working on evening shifts in all courts. All long time pending cases on the court shall be decided within a year and all be cases must be decided within 1-4 Weeks.
All lawyer shall also submit an affidavit to court for each case that they will submit the correct information as per their findings and will be held responsible for any wrong information.
Once Chinese Nation planned to build The Great Wall of China, they carried out implementation of their plan for next 500 Years, they faced lots of ups & downs during this period, even many Governments have changed, but the determination of Chinese Nation Won! We have to continue all projects of previous government which are beneficial for the Nation.
Qadiyaanis shall not be treated as Minority in Pakistan but they should be treated as counterfeit of Islam. Government of Pakistan shall ban and control their Political Asylum in European Countries, their Human Trafficking Business and their negative propaganda against Pakistan and Islam.
The Government shall control over a Person's huge Bank Balances, Gold, Properties, Agricultural Lands, Vehicles, Factories, Mills, Businesses. Over a certain limit all properties shall be taken under Bait-ul-Maal. This limit will end money or properties race in our society and eliminate the corruption to achieve all these valuables. This law has been implemented in China successfully. This law will also help to reduce poverty immediately in our society dramatically and will also help to end huge gap & Economic Disparity in Rich and Poor.
Due date of all utility bills shall be up to 5th of every month when users may have received their salaries, not the last week of the month. Late fee surcharge (interest) is use to charge at very high rates for the whole month which is an oppression on poor families. The late fee surcharge shall be minimum and on daily bases, e.g. usually if a person has missed a last date of billing have to pay the full month interest on the just 1 day of delayed payment and same Surcharged is being received on next month billing after 30 days. If a person is paying his/her bill 5 days late, he/she shall be charged only for 5 days late surcharge fee and shall not be charged for the whole month.
Pakistan is being managed by mostly by section officers and clerical staff. Secretaries are only the signing authority. Hence there is no creativity and good governance has become the main issue of Pakistan. It seems that no one is operating this country. Elephant in the room is Bureaucracy, Generals take 5-7 years to understand the files and it takes the whole life of politicians but they fail to understand the files, we have to reform the Bureaucracy to get our country on the right path. We have to strongly depoliticize the Bureaucracy of Pakistan. We have to strongly hold all Bureaucracy accountable and don’t let them protect each other.
Please do write the court decisions in Urdu, since mostly the lawyers’ uses Urdu for arguments.And set Urdu /language for all official use.
CSS Exams should be held in Urdu so that common Pakistani may participate.
There shall be no pressure groups like Students Unions, Labor Unions, Lawyers Bars or Unions, Young Doctors Associations etc. “Wuqla Gardi” and “Young Doctors Gardi” the protest and agitation by lawyers and Young Doctors are getting uncontrolled by Police, Pak Army shall take action against lawyers and Young Doctors and ban there licenses for law breaking.
Segregation of GendersWhy in Islamic State women are working among men like there in PIA Air-hostess and in Buses the Female Hostess are serving to gents. Why in Private & Government offices as a Private Secretary or Staff, Public dealing Staff in Banks, Nurse or Doctor in Gents Hospitals, as a Sales Girls in Super Markets and female workers in Factories are working with men in an Islamic State? While in Islam there is no women can go to Hajj or Umrah without a Mehram. Islam emphasize on segregation of genders. Quran order segregation of genders to Muslims…
Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and be modest. That is purer for them. Lo! Allah is aware of what they do. (24:30)
And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and be modest, and to display of their adornment only that which is apparent, and to draw their veils over their bosoms, and not to reveal their adornment save to their own husbands or fathers or husbands' fathers, or their sons or their husbands' sons, or their brothers or their brothers' sons or sisters' sons, or their women, or their slaves, or male attendants who lack vigor, or children who know naught of women's nakedness. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And turn unto Allah together, O believers, in order that ye may succeed. (24:31)On the other hands Islam show the softness for elder women…As for women past child-bearing, who have no hope of marriage, it is no sin for them if they discard their (outer) clothing in such a way as not to show adornment. But to refrain is better for them. Allah is Hearer, Knower. (24:60)
Allah has warn women to keep their duty towards Him…It is no sin for them (thy wives) (to converse freely) with their fathers, or their sons, or their brothers, or their brothers' sons, or the sons of their sisters or of their own women, or their slaves. O women! Keep your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is ever Witness over all things. (33:55)O Prophet! Tell thy wives and thy daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks close round them (when they go abroad). That will be better, so that they may be recognized and not annoyed. Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful. (33:59)
As an Islamic State we must obey the Rules of Allah for the benefits of us. By following Islam, we must not think that our economy will suffer because of our half population are women. Where there is a will, there is a way. We have to open a Cottage Industry at Home or in our Community Centers for women, or we shall arrange the whole female staff in Banks, Offices or Factories/Industrial Units where they can work for short hours for female clients. In Private or Government Sector there shall be on male Personal Secretary to males. In PIA or Buses we shall allow to She-males as hosts. There shall be female nurses, staff and doctors for female hospitals and male staff at Gents Hospitals.
Mera Jism Meri Marzi If the following slogans were used, not only would the society appreciate their action, but it would also increase the respect of the Muslim community, our Nation and the Country.1. Give Me Inheritance.2. Education is my right.3. The disposition of women in household chores is a reference to the Holy Prophet's blessings.4. The best Muslim is the one who deals with women well.5. Believers, keep your eyes low. 6. The woman is responsible not only to the man but also to the state.7. Honorable employment is the basic right of every woman.8. Under the feet of the mother is paradise.9. A man who gives good education and training to daughters is the companion of the Holy Prophet in Paradise.10. On the Day of Judgment, you will be questioned about the rights of women. 11. Daughters are Allah's Mercy.12. Our duty is to honor society.13. Good training for girls is a guarantee of paradise.14 We, mothers, sisters, daughters, honor of the nations.15 We are not a toy or a marketer or a TV-driven advertisement in a show case, but an honorable living fact.
Friday Prayer BreakInstead of Friday as a holiday (in many parts of Pakistan) we have to give a break for Friday Prayer, In Sorat Juma Allah says... O ye who believe! When the call is heard for the prayer of the day of congregation, haste unto remembrance of Allah and leave your trading. That is better for you if ye did but know. (62:9)And when the prayer is ended, then disperse in the land and seek of Allah's bounty, and remember Allah much, that ye may be successful. (62:10)
Our National Heroes: Our Education System must teach us the lifestyle of Hazrat Muhammad PBUH, Hazarat Alama Iqbal, Janabb Eidhi Sahib, Hakeem Saeed Saheb etc. Lets not forget Nawab of Bahawalpur Sir.Sadiq Muhammad Abassi Sahib, Nawab of Bahawalpur has paid 70 million rupees as a donation to Government of Pakistan and one year salaries to all government employees. He has donated all his land to Education System such as Sadiq Public School, Sadiq Library and Islamic University Bahawalpur, University of Punjab,King Adward Medical Collageand Mosque of Aitchison Collage etc.
To get rid of the current corrupt system, we must adopt a system with zero tolerance like Singapore, China, Russia, Japan or South Korea for immediate justice. Under the new revolutionary system, corruption, hoarding, corruption and smuggling are punishable by death. To be given Whether the accused is a high-ranking official or a billionaire. Under the new system, every sector, including IPPs, Sugar Mills, Flour Mills, Rice Mills and Cotton Factories, should be taken under national ownership to form a cartel to blackmail the state of Pakistan. Truth be told, they should be sentenced to death by hanging
There shall be different Specialized Courts System to handle Specific Cases such as:
in Every Business Center, where a consumer may Report/ Lodge Applications against, unfair profit makings and below quality goods. Countrywide Prices of all consumer item shall be set by a public consumers and Consumers Courts. Any meat price shall be set after its cutting and cleaning than its weightage, consumer shall not be over charged for a waste product.

Army / Army Courts shall handle all Crimes like Murder, Robbery, Child Abuse, Rape, Violence, Vandalism, Terrorism, Corruption, Country’s Secret Information Leakage by Citizens or Foreigners Real-estate Frauds by Housing Society, Illegal Land Grabbing and all other cases involving Death Penalty.
Supreme Court shall supervise/ Monitor all other courts, may take Suo Motu Action against the breach of law of the land around the Country, may handle Political Cases and Cases Against Media, Political Parties and Government Bodies/ Institutes. All JITs shall be under Supreme Court and in front of Camera and public. All previous Commission Reports or JIT Reports must be publishing and shared with the public. Supreme Court shall cancel all NRO and Re-Open Loan Defaulters Cases.

The Road Inspectors shall be given a 20% Commission on the Public Challan /Tickets to overcome their salaries, and Magistrate may charge a small fee from public on each case listing that public use to pay very high price to lawyers. Dissolve the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee: The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee was set up in 1974 under a resolution passed by the National Assembly of Pakistan. This Committee is responsible for announcement of the sighting of the new moon. Its head is Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman, assisted by 150 observatories of the Pakistan Meteorological Department. This department is spending our huge budget for a very little performance, which is unjust.In this modern era of science there is no more requirements of this committee.The task of the sighting of the new moon can be performed by Pakistan Meteorological department, as to offer our daily prayers now a days no one goes out and look at the sky for Sun/ Moon positions instead we all follow the Time on Clocks, why we cannot follow the observation by Pakistan Meteorological department? we all shall accept the witness of Scientists. It will Save lots of disputes among Muslim Sects as well Funds.I know the moon sighting ka shariah hukm, The Muslim Scientists (not only technology) will perform moon sighting instead of Mufti Saheban. Why pay extra budget to Ruet-e-Hilal Committee while we are already paying to Meteorological Department? does Islam says only a Mufti can be a moon witness? off course scientists will sight the moon with there eyes and will provide their witness to the nation. Revise the 1947 treaties for Salt and Water Supplies with India:In 1947 there were two major treaties signed between India and Pakistan. The first was that India will not stop Pakistan's water in a war or peace times, and it would not make Dams in the rivers; second treaty was that Pakistan will keep suppling of salt to India during war or peace times.What is the deal of the first agreement, whether India stopped our water or not, you would probably know already? India does not wish to give us a drop of water, it has built hundreds of dams in all the rivers coming to Pakistan, and it send us only the excessive water that they cannot store in their dams with a big favor.Now examine the second agreement which bounded Pakistan. It was a treaty that Pakistan will supply salt to India but there was no clause regarding at what rate?India has dishonored treaty and even the United Nations has been failed to settle this issue. Our unemployment rate is too high, we must innovate new value addition ideas to Export our Pink Salt. We are Exporting our Pink Salt to India at such a low price that is even less than the transportation charges. India Imports this salt in a raw form from us and packed after value addition to it and re-Export it at extremely high price to the whole world with their brand name of Himalayan Salt. Should not we feel ashamed off? Since India does not let us have our Natural Water Supply. Pakistan’s Economy is under IMF Debts and yet we are sitting quite on contracting a deal that caused us anxiety. We cannot rollback this treaty otherwise India may stop the supply of water.Our agreement is that we should continue supply of salt to India during peace or war times. According to our treaty we cannot charge price of our Salt from India except its mining charges since in return we are getting free of cost water.The taste of our Pink Slat is not available anywhere around the world and we shall take over this industry by value addition. We shall start supplying it to all over the world with value addition and own brands. Remember, it is only Rs. 2 – 5 rupees per Kg worth in Pakistan but it is having worth of Ten dollars for the rest of the world, this is not a small deal at all. Why our Government has never took any serious action on this business?Now we have to reduce the supply of our Salt to India as they have built hundreds of dams to reduce our water supply. We should lower the quantity of Salt Exports to Indians so that they may just overcome their own requirement and cannot Export it. We have to increase our Salt Export with our own brands and value additions around the world, so India will have no legal authority to sue us on violation of the agreement.
